About
Welcome to Waccamaw Pilates, a Studio for excellence in Pilates with a focus on
total health and well being. The studio was established in Janurary 2008, when owner/
instructor Sandy Goodin found no place to teach Pilates based on the System of teaching
known as Classical Pilates. Sandy initially received her certificate from Power Pilates of
Atlanta GA and Austin TX. Since the studio's opening, Sandy has worked to bring the
quality and high standards of her own practice to her clients. The Studio has drawn three
other highly trained teachers to the studio that share the same passion for Joseph and
Clara Pilates' Method for Exercising and Living! Come to Waccamaw Pilates and learn
what a total body workout, that challenges not just the body, but the mind as well, can do
for your well being!
